Consultancy forimporters
For brands, importers, distributors, and assemblers in Latin America and any country developing and sourcing in China: gasoline and electric motorcycles, cargo and passenger three-wheelers, and the entire aftermarket line.
Each project is built according to what your brand needs, whether large, medium, or small. Some clients arrive with a clear idea and only need someone at the factory; others want to review the entire portfolio before deciding what to develop. In both cases, the goal is the same: for the product to reach your country at the right price, with the agreed quality, and ready to be sold.
You can take on just one part or the entire process up to the first shipment.

Strategy, design, and portfolio development
A motorcycle or three-wheeler brand is not built model by model, but with a portfolio that covers the segments that actually sell. We review your portfolio against demand and competition: which segments you are missing, which models are cannibalizing each other, and what is worth renewing. I work with gasoline and electric motorcycles, as well as cargo and passenger three-wheelers.
With that clear, I design each product together with the factory's design and engineering team. We work with renders and 3D modeling, so you see the product before approving the sample, and changes are made while they still cost very little.

What's included
Portfolio, demand, and competition analysis by segment.
Style, graphics, and colors.
Ergonomics, configuration, and technical specifications.
Finishes and technical package for the factory.
Renders, 3D modeling, and sample approval.
Sourcing and negotiation in China
Not all factories are good at everything. One may be excellent in scooters and weak in off-road; another may have a good price and quality that doesn't hold up. I select the right factory for each product and each segment, whether for motorcycles, three-wheelers, or spare parts, based on their real capacity, quality, and price.
The Chinese industry is organized by regions: Chongqing, Guangdong, Zhejiang, Wuxi, and other hubs have factories specialized in different product segments. With the know-how of years working with their factories, I select and develop suppliers in the appropriate region for each product, seeking the best balance between competitiveness, quality, and logistics.
Then I negotiate price, minimum order quantities (MOQ), and payment terms adapted to your volume, so that a small or medium-sized company can also buy direct from the factory. I approve samples and control quality until shipment.

Spare parts, accessories, and apparel: private label, packaging, and sourcing from China
Spare parts can be a business in themselves, not just after-sales support. I offer a turnkey service for your spare parts line, whether proprietary or multi-brand: from brand and packaging design to the development of each part with its specifications and coding.
I cover all spare parts families (engine, electrical, wear, maintenance, and bodywork) as well as accessories and apparel for riders, which complete your portfolio and add margin.
With our operations base in Chongqing, the heart of the motorcycle industry in China, we consolidate orders from several suppliers into a single shipment and perform quality control at the source before the cargo leaves. This way, you buy from several specialized factories without multiplying freight costs or risks.

private label
Creating a brand from scratch, a complementary brand for another segment, or updating the one you already have. A second brand, for example, allows entry into lower price segments without diluting the main brand. We define the name, positioning, identity, and the portfolio with which it enters the market.
Commercial and financial advisory
Before investing, it's worth knowing if the numbers add up. We analyze the market, target price, margins per channel, volume, investment, cash flow, and break-even point. This helps you make the decision or present it to your board or your bank.

process
1
Diagnosis of your market and your portfolio
We start by understanding your business: your market, your customers, your current portfolio, and the price point you need to reach. We review what is selling, what isn't, and what the competition is doing.
What you receive: a clear reading of where you are and the opportunities worth pursuing.
2
Proposal and product design
We define which products to develop and with what specifications. I design each product (style, colors, ergonomics, configuration) and put together the technical package that goes to the factory. With renders and 3D modeling, you approve the design before anything is produced.
What you receive: the product proposal, approved designs, and the technical package.
3
Factory selection and sample approval
We select the right factory for each product, based on its capacity, quality, and price. The factory produces the sample, I review it against what was agreed, and we request any necessary adjustments until it is approved.
What you receive: the chosen factory and the approved sample.
4
Negotiation and quality control
We finalize the price, minimum order quantities, and payment terms. During production, I monitor and perform quality control so that what is shipped is identical to the approved sample.
What you receive: finalized terms in writing and controlled production.
5
Shipment and launch
We coordinate the shipment, and for spare parts, we consolidate cargo from several suppliers into a single container. I accompany you until the first order arrives in your country and support the launch with your sales team.
What you receive: the product in your warehouse and a supported launch.
Timeline
Up to 4 months from proposal to first shipment (faster for reorders).
You can enter the process at any step: if you already have the design, we start with the factory; if you already have a factory, we start with negotiation and quality.
